Erin is passionate about collaborating with high-achieving professionals to support them in building a meaningful life, avoid burnout, and thrive by tending to their mental and physical health needs. A lifelong athlete, Erin integrates her love of sport and movement with her expertise in social work and psychotherapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, she helps active women and athletes develop a healthy relationship with their body and food.  
As a Black, mixed-race clinician, Erin is driven by the legacy of her predecessors and is deeply committed to improving the world for future generations through her work and volunteer efforts.

Erin earned her Bachelors in American Cultural Studies from Western Washington University and a Master of Social Work, summa cum laude, from University of Illinois at Chicago.  She is licensed as a clinical social worker in the states of Illinois, Oregon, and Washington and has additional certifications and training in Intuitive Eating, Eating Disorders, Sport Social Work, and Well-Being Coaching.

Erin has conducted countless trainings and workshops for companies, professional organizations, private and public universities, and popular media outlets.  She provides strategic holistic wellness support through her weekly newsletter, podcast appearances, professional conferences, various online platforms, the Thrive Hive, and works with a select number of highly motivated individual therapy and coaching clients both virtually and in person.  Erin has roots in Chicago and the Pacific Northwest, where she currently lives with her fiancé.
